Availability of Stock You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited. S&S Lifestyle works on a Quote System. In the case of Goods for sale by S&S Lifestyle, S&S Lifestyle will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after placing an order, S&S Lifestyle will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such Goods. In the case of Goods for sale by a Third Party Seller, S&S Lifestyle relies on inventory information supplied by the relevant Third Party Seller and S&S Lifestyle accordingly bears no liability for any inaccuracies in the information supplied to it. S&S Lifestyle receives weekly updates on stock levels from Suppliers. S&S Lifestyle will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our website inventory is up to date, but due to constant varying in stock, this might not be on a daily basis. S&S Lifestyle cannot guarantee older stock that was removed from our website will be added again. Pricing Disclaimer All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. The emailed quote you receive from your sales representative after order requests through the website will reflect the current pricing available. Price Match Terms and Conditions The product on offer must be new (No Pre-Owned or Demo products). The client must provide a valid quote. The offer cannot be part of a loyalty or rewards program. The offer cannot be part of a special promotion or deal. Competitor must have stock of product on offer. Stock must be available from supplier. If S&S Lifestyle cannot match the price on offer, we will provide the best possible price we can. Product Information Disclaimer S&S Lifestyle relies on suppliers to provide accurate information on products. We will make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information about products on sale. S&S Lifestyle will not be held liable for incorrect product information given by suppliers. Shipping Disclaimer S&S Lifestyle uses 3rd Party Couriers for deliveries. Products in store will take approximately 1 - 3 working days to be delivered. Products not in store will take approximately 2 - 6 working days to be delivered, if supplier has stock. Outlying areas may take longer to be delivered. Bike Addict will not be held liable for any delays in deliveries by the 3rd Party Couriers. S&S Lifestyle Vouchers/Discount Codes Only Products purchased at full retail will qualify for a S&S Lifestyle in-store Voucher and Discount Code. No Vouchers and Discount Codes can be used in conjunction with each other. S&S Lifestyle Gift Vouchers are not refundable for cash. In the event that a parcel is RTS (returned to sender) we will notify you by email and refund your order and return the items to stock. All prices are in dollars ($) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) Delivery The delivery times provided by S&S Lifestyle are estimates only as provided by our shippers. S&S Lifestyle will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All products purchased from the S&S Lifestyle Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, S&S Lifestyle. Title to products purchased on the website, as well as risk of loss for such products, pass to you when the items are delivered by the carrier. Acceptance of Goods by Buyer The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or error, and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a problem. Duties and Tax There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
